Janet Kraemer

Janet Kraemer

Janet Kraemer, PhD License # 14161

Dr. Kraemer has been practicing in the fields of clinical and health psychology for nearly 25 years. She received her Masters and Doctoral Degrees at Alliant University in Clinical Psychology with a proficiency in Health Psychology and completed her Postdoctoral Fellowship at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center.  She has consulted on three inpatient rehabilitation Units for patients suffering from stroke, head injury, or other disabling conditions. She was honored by the Southern California Cancer Pain Initiative for her work in treating cancer-related pain. Dr. Kraemer has been the Director of Behavioral Medicine at RehabOne Medical Group for the past five years.  The clinic has offices in Los Gatos, Gilroy, Salinas and San Jose, California.

Brent Dauphin

Brent has worked in occupational medicine since 2008. Brent Dauphin is a California Board licensed acupuncturist. He received his Master’s degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine
from Five Branches University where he completed over 3,200 hours of comprehensive clinical and theoretical training. During his third year at Five Branches, Brent traveled to
Zhejiang University in Hangzhou, China. There he studied acupuncture and Chinese Medicine in the major hospitals of the area. Brent also holds an undergraduate degree from the
University of California at San Diego.

Brent specializes in pain management and holds advanced acupuncture certification in sports medicine & musculoskeletal conditions. He tailors his treatments to address each type of
condition ranging from acute, repetitive and chronic types of injury. In addition to acupuncture, Brent has obtained certification and advanced training in Tuina (a form of Chinese massage used in conjunction with acupuncture for treating pain).

Alison Heller-Ono

Farah Siddiqui M.D.

Farah Siddiqui M.D. License #A142829 is a full time physiatrist with us who treats our patients needing physiatry referrals, EMG’s, or interventional spinal procedures. She also works closely with our rehabilitation staff and primary care providers. She specializes in treating complex musculoskeletal and spine disorders. Dr. Siddiqui is Board Certified in both Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and Integrative Holistic Medicine. Dr. Siddiqui attended medical school at SUNY at Buffalo School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences. She completed her internships in Internal Medicine and Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Columbia University. She completed her residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the University of Buffalo. She served as Chief Resident at Nassau University Medical Center in New York.
