Cindy Parker

Cindy Parker is Vice President of Operations for Sedgwick. She is responsible for overseeing operations in offices serving a wide array of clients. Cindy is also the account executive for the University of California, the Dignity Health Systems, and the California State University. Cindy has been with Sedgwick for 19 years. Cindy has experience in general liability and workers’ compensation. She has managed insured and self-insured Workers’ Compensation programs providing quality control, data analysis, technical oversight, and assuring statutory compliance for employers. Cindy has also developed numerous workers’ compensation training programs for employers as well as claims professionals.

Brian Boddy

Brian Boddy is an accomplished Human Resources professional with BBSI since 2001.  Mr. Boddy works closely with leaders with in BBSI client base to align HR strategies with client objectives by partnering with functional business teams to establish and implement HR programs/initiatives that foster organizational and people development and achieve the client’s business teams’ goals.
